Demo Terms

These Demo Terms define the rules for using online demonstration versions of WeldAndIT tools, including technical documentation generators, registers and test applications made available online.

1. Nature of demo versions

Demo versions are intended only to present the concept, form layout, interface operation and sample preview of documentation. A demo is not a full production version and should not be used as an official acceptance, inspection or archiving tool.

2. Prohibition on entering confidential data

Confidential technical documentation, contractual data, real employee data, client data, project numbers, drawing numbers or other information that should not be processed in a test environment must not be entered into demo versions.

3. External services and demo environment

Demo versions may be launched or embedded using external services, such as Streamlit Cloud, Google or other technical infrastructure providers. These providers may apply their own privacy, cookie, technical logging and security rules.

A user using a demo version should treat it as a test environment and should not enter confidential, production or personal data of third parties.

4. Demo limitations

5. Full versions and implementations

Full versions of tools may be implemented individually, including as local applications on the client’s side or solutions adapted to the client’s documentation template, procedures, logo, numbering and workflow.

6. Intellectual property

Names, layouts, descriptions, application designs, code, graphics and concepts of WeldAndIT tools are protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing or using them beyond permitted use requires the consent of WeldAndIT.

7. Liability

WeldAndIT is not liable for using demo versions as production documentation, for entering confidential data into a demo, or for technical decisions made solely on the basis of a demonstration version.

8. Contact

Questions regarding demo versions, implementations or full versions may be sent to: office@weldandit.pl.
