Cookie Policy
The weldandit.pl website uses cookies and similar technologies only to the extent necessary for website operation and, after the user’s consent, for basic visit analytics.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on the user’s device by the browser. They may be used for proper website operation, remembering user choices, protecting forms against spam or collecting visit statistics.
2. Types of cookies and similar mechanisms used
- necessary — required for website operation, forms, security, anti-spam protection and remembering the cookie consent choice,
- analytical — Google Analytics, activated only after clicking “Accept analytics” or providing equivalent consent,
- third-party — may appear when using embedded tools, forms, fonts, anti-spam protections or demo versions provided by external service providers.
3. Google Analytics and Google services
Google Analytics code is loaded only after the user consents to analytical cookies. Lack of consent does not limit the ability to use the website or contact forms.
The website may use Google services related to analytics, fonts, security or embedded elements. Information on privacy and security of Google services is available at: Google Privacy & Safety.
Technical or analytical data processed by Google services may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, in accordance with Google’s rules and compliance mechanisms.
4. Forms and anti-spam protections
Form submissions may be handled using Formspree. After submitting a form, the form operator may use its own anti-spam protections, such as CAPTCHA, Turnstile, submission filtering or other technical mechanisms. Information on Formspree privacy is available at: Formspree Privacy Policy.
Data submitted through forms may be processed by Formspree outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States, in accordance with the privacy policy and compliance mechanisms used by that provider.
5. Demo versions and external services
Links to demo versions may lead to external services, such as Streamlit Cloud, which operate according to their own privacy, cookie and security rules. The user should review the rules of the relevant provider before entering any data into demo tools.
6. Managing consent
The user may accept analytics or choose necessary cookies only. Consent may be withdrawn by changing cookie settings on the website, where such an option is available, or by clearing website data in the browser. Cookies may also be blocked or deleted in browser settings.
